That’s A Lot Of Calories.
I know people who drink a six pack of soda a day, with out drinking ANY water. If your drinking anything caffeinated, just know that caffeine dehydrates you. Yes, that’s a bad thing.
I’m not saying don’t drink anything containing sugar or caffeine. You may need that cup of coffee in the morning to wake up, but what you should do is drink water. There are different “scientific” ways of determining how much water to drink every day, but my advice is to not get caught up in exact numbers and just drink a few glasses throughout the day.
